Woohoo! Now I know that what I'm looking for is Whip/Aerial Design ID: "3957"
"Bright Blue". On their website LEGO only has it in black grey and white, but
then it also seems a bit odd that their selection would be exactly 1000 parts.
I've filled in a form and we'll see! Thanks!
